Illamasqua~Phallic

A few months ago, my local mall opened a Sephora and being the cosmetic junkie that I am, I marched myself down there to check it out.  Well, I was completely stopped dead in my tracks when I saw the Illamasqua display.  Illamasqua here, in Roseville California, what???  Well, I recently went back and bought my first Illamasqua Nail Varnish.  Since I started reading other blogs, I have heard nothing but outstanding things about Illamasqua.  So, my expectations were very high.  Phallic lived up to my expectations.  Oh my goodness people, it the prettiest blue shimmer polish I own.  It is a deep blue, not too dark to make it look black, just blue.  Phallic has a beautiful blue shimmer that gives it a glowing effect.  It applied like a dream and have to say, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this color!
