Two Hard to Finds

These are two HTF(Hard to Find) polishes that shouldn't be htf!  I found China Glaze~Metropolitan and OPI~Have You Seen My Limo last week when I ran into the beauty supply to get some remover.  Of course I also came out with 4 polishes.  Both of these are discontinued, but there might be a few lurking around here and there.

China Glaze~Metropolitan is from the 2005 Urban Chic Collection.  It is a beautiful burgundy with gold, silver, and red micro glitter.

OPI~Have You Seen My Limo is from the 2007 Holiday in Hollywood Collection.  This polish is a slight duochome.  It is a brownish purple base with a green sheen to it.  It also has green, plum, and brown micro glitter.  Have You Seen My Limo is amazing and I can't believe it isn't part of their permanent line.

China Glaze~Vintage Vixen

Vintage Vixen is everywhere!  Even here!  As I am sure most of you know, Vintage Vixen is China Glaze's Fall 2010 Collection.  When I first heard about this collection, I knew it was one I would love.  Old Hollywood, rich, dark polish colors-two of my favorite things.  Vintage Vixen does not disappoint.  All 12 of these polishes have a shimmery, sparkly finish to them.  There is something for everyone and I think even the die-hard creme only polish lovers will even find a polish or two they can't live without.  The Vintage Vixen Collection will be available mid to late July at your favorite China Glaze retailer.

Today I have First Class Ticket, Ingrid, & Foxy.
First Class Ticket is a beautiful purple shimmer with a dusting of turquoise micro glitter.

Ingrid is a dark taupe with hint of gold micro glitter.

Foxy is a stunning color.  The bottle does not do it justice.  It is a burgundy shimmer with a light coppery sheen to it.  The cool base and warm sparkle bounce off each other, creating an amazing color!

These polishes were sent to me for review.

Rimmel~Midnight Blue & Purple Rain

Today I have 2 of the new Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro, Midnight Blue & Purple Rain.  I picked these up at Walgreens for $3.99.  The color is beautiful in these two.

Midnight Blue is a blue black base with blue shimmer-stunning!

Purple Rain is a little deceiving.  To me, it;'s not purple at all.  It's more of a dark vampy burgundy color.  Purple Rain is a gorgeous, dark and vampy creme, just like I like 'em!

I do have a few issues with this polish.  1.  The brush-why is the trend to flatten the brush?  The brush was flat and really big.  2.  The formula was a little on the thick side.  3.  Drying time on Purple Rain sucked.  I dented and smudged nearly every nail.  I finally just gave up and took it off.  I will say, I was really cold and my hands were like ice.  So, that may have had something to do with it.  But I was very frustrated after it taking longer that usual to dry and the cumbersome brush.

Jessica~Grecian Touch

Jessica really has some beautiful colors and if you haven't check them out yet, take a look-sey here.  Grecian Touch by Jessica is everything I love, dark, vampy, and shimmery.

Grecian Touch is a nearly black, burgandy base with burgundy shimmer.  It photographed more of a brown shimmer, but in person it is definatley in the burgandy family.  I've been seeing the term 'lit from within' and I would put this color in that 'glowing' catagory.
