Walgreens and Rite Aid are having great sales. Walgreens is buy one get one FREE on Wet N' Wild and Rite Aid is buy one get one free on Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear polish. Sinful Colors are not on sale this week, however, I've never used this brand and thought I'd give it a try! Here's what I got:
Sinful Colors: Serena and Chloe, Daddys Girl, and Smoking Hot
Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear: VIP Pink, Strobe Light, and Emerald City (on clearance for 69cents!) 
Wet N' Wild: Bijou Blue, Glitz, Inferno, and Fatal
