Mint Green by Sinful Colors & Orly

I thought I would post green polish for the days leading up to Saint Patrick's Day.  I have always been fascinated with the Irish Culture, the folklore and the beauty of Ireland.  Not to mention, those Irish know how to party!  A few years ago, I was determined to find and Irish ancestor-no luck, I don't have a drop of Irish in me.  But I still appreciate their culture and traditions.

Today I have 2 mint greens for you.  I've said it before and I'll say it again.  I just am not a green polish girl.  I love it on everybody but me.  I had problem with the application of both of these polishes, which I found a little strange since they are both very good brands.  Mint Apple by Sinful Colors was a bit thin and uneven. I recommend 3 coats with Mint Apple.  Gumdrop by Orly went on a bit thick.  You can see it in the picture.

Sinful Colors~Mint Apple is deeper that all the other mint greens I have seen.  It also has a dusting of sparkle to it.  It is a really pretty color.  I got mine at Walgreens for $1.99.

Orly~Gumdrop is a pretty mint green creme.  I found mine at Sally's.
